Our Rules of Business

When we say 'we', 'us', or 'our', we're talking about Boost Marketing AI. We're a proper business registered in the UK. Our main office is at 77 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BW. We're here to help businesses like yours, mostly around Manchester and the North West, use smart AI tools to spend less on things like content and advertising. Simple as that.

These terms cover how you use our services. They are a legal agreement between you (the client) and Boost Marketing AI. By asking us to help you, or by using any of our advice or tools, you agree to stick by these rules. If something in here doesn't make sense, just give us a shout.

We offer consulting to help you put neural networks and other AI tech into your marketing. This is all about making your content and advertising cheaper and more effective. We'll give you advice, plans, and support to get these systems working in your business. We aim to help you save money and get better results from your marketing spend. We'll always tell you what we're doing and why.

For us to do our best work, we need a bit of help from you. This means:

• Giving us correct and full information about your business and marketing.
• Making sure you follow our advice and use the tools we suggest properly.
• Paying our fees on time, as agreed.
• Telling us if anything changes that might affect our work.

If you're unsure about anything, just ask.

The cost for our services will be agreed upon before we start any work, usually outlined in a separate proposal or on our pricing page. All prices are in Great British Pounds (£). We'll send you an invoice, and we expect payment within the timeframe agreed. If payments are late, we might have to charge extra fees or pause our services until things are sorted. We don't like doing that, so please pay on time!

The advice, strategies, and any custom AI setups we create specifically for your business are for you to use. You own your business data and content. However, our general methods, tools, and background knowledge about how to use AI effectively are ours. You can't just copy our systems and sell them on to other businesses, for example.

Both you and Boost Marketing AI agree to keep each other's important business information private. This means not sharing sensitive details with others, unless we absolutely have to by law, or if it's necessary to do our job (like with a trusted partner, but we'd tell you first). We're all about trust.

We always do our best to help you save money and improve your marketing. But we can't promise specific results or guarantee that AI will fix every single marketing problem. We're here to give expert advice and support, but ultimately, how you use that advice is up to you. We won't be held responsible for any big losses your business might face that weren't directly caused by our serious mistake or if you didn't follow our advice properly. Our total liability to you will usually be limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Either you or Boost Marketing AI can stop our working arrangement. We'll need to give each other reasonable notice, usually 30 days, in writing. If you've got a project on the go, we'll talk about how to finish it up fairly. If you owe us money, you'll still need to pay for the work done up to the point of stopping.

Sometimes we might need to update these terms. If we do, we'll let you know. The newest version will always be on our website. It's a good idea to check back now and then to see if anything has changed.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If there's ever a disagreement that we can't sort out between us (which we hope never happens!), then the courts in Manchester, England, will be the place to deal with it.
